Every year, a guitar ensemble is organised within the emr.
The guitar ensemble will start again at the beginning of the second semester! It is a great place to discover the pleasure of making music together and to add a social component to learning the guitar. This year we will have the chance to play a piece in collaboration with the string ensemble of the Renens music school.
Teacher Malik Besseghir has chosen a programme this year featuring music from Studio Ghibli, which creates animated films whose music is generally known and appreciated by our students.
All guitarists are welcome, from their 2nd year of guitar.

Location of rehearsals
Rehearsals will take place on Sunday mornings at the Collège du Léman in Renens, Joran building, room J001. Please use the west entrance (opposite the OBI tower).

Students who wish to participate must be present at rehearsals and performances. It is important to learn the pieces before the rehearsals. Rehearsal time is used to work on group playing, not to learn the pieces individually.
